At Lucky Flowers AE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver fresh and high-quality flowers and gifts every time. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or not as described.

  • Issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the item.

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are delivered in a damaged condition.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your request is verified, we will initiate the refund process within 3-5 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (credit/debit card or online payment gateway).

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.

  • No cancellations will be accepted once the order is prepared or dispatched.

4. Non-Delivery Issues

  • If the delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer, a refund will not be issued.

  • We will attempt to contact the recipient at the provided number before marking the delivery as failed.
