At Lucky Flowers AE, we are committed to delivering your flowers and gifts on time, with care and freshness guaranteed. Please read our shipping policy carefully:

1. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and other major cities.

  • Some remote or restricted areas may have limited or no delivery service. In such cases, our team will contact you to reschedule or refund the order.

2. Delivery Timings

  • We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 6 PM (UAE time).

  • You can select your preferred delivery time slot at checkout. We strive to deliver within the chosen time, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unexpected circumstances.

  • For special occasions (Valentine’s Day, Eid, Mother’s Day, etc.), we recommend ordering in advance due to high demand.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery is available on selected products and locations.

  • A nominal delivery fee may apply based on the delivery location or time slot selected.

4. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery team will contact the recipient if needed. If the recipient is unavailable at the location, we will try to re-deliver after coordination.

  • If re-delivery is not possible on the same day, extra charges may apply or the order may be cancelled without refund.

5. International Deliveries

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All deliveries are within the UAE only.
